How ironic! I'm making the flower girl dress for a friend's wedding in August as well! That being said, I'm not opposed to making it. But, Chibiusa's dress in that photo is pretty generic. You could easily buy a professionally made, even discounted dress for the ring-bearer girl and tie a silk ribbon around her neck, give her white gloves, and even add silk flowers if need be. I'd love to make it for you, but for the dress in that picture, you'd probably save money and time, and have an easier time getting something with a precise fit, buying from a boutique.
