*shakes head* I'm not comfortable with making a formal dress with a neckline THAT low for a kid. It slips around. And, it becomes indecent very easily. I only say this having tried to make various dresses for Amber by her request that were based on similar drawings from children's books. It never worked and always had to be taken in or redone. If I were to make Chibiusa's dress for a kid Chibiusa's age, I'd go with the same high neckline that the linked dresses have. Having not met the child nor being able to fit the dress to her myself, there's no way I could do anything else and keep it appropriate. I'm just not skilled enough. You might want to ask around your local seamstresses who could possibly fit the dress to the girl before getting a cost estimate from me.
