I've been thinking about this for several days. As much as I'd love to make something for you, I just don't think I'm the right person for this job. I've made many pretty things for adults and children, but I'm still an amature. And, the challenges of properly sewing this, a very formal outfit, and making it fit someone I've never met and can't measure or talor personally are just too much for me. I'm sorry. :(
